Furnace
An enclosed heating unit that heats air by transferring heat in a metal combustion chamber to the air and circulates it throughout heating ducts in the house. The air conditioning system is connected to the furnace to provide cooling in the summer months. As an older furnace starts to fail, it may begin to cost a LOT to keep it running, due to increased frequency of repairs and diminished efficiency. Our HVAC technician will assess your unit and help you determine whether a repair is in your best interest (and budget), or if it is time for a new, energy-efficient unit to save you money on your heating bills.
Service and Repair
We are standing by 7 days a week, 365 days a year for any heating or air conditioning service or repair need you have. With our large fleet, we are able to quickly accommodate clients in the coldest and hottest of temperatures. Our service maintenance plans give you priority service. They also include two preventative maintenance inspections – giving us the opportunity to fix the problem before it occurs (in most cases).
We offer annual inspections and maintenance as needed or as part of a service contract for $180 a year. Option to pay monthly.
